Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Sentragon ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use and store it, and for how long.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (a Readiness Snapshot booking or a general enquiry), we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, organisation, email address, and any details you choose to include about your enquiry. We do not collect sensitive information via these forms, and we ask that you don't include it either.

How we use it

Information submitted through this site is used solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a booked session, and — where relevant — prepare and deliver an engagement you've requested. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How we store it

Form submissions are stored using standard business tools (such as email and scheduling software) with appropriate access controls. As a security-focused practice, we hold our own handling of client and enquirer data to the same standard we assess in client engagements.

Retention

Enquiry and booking details are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and, where an engagement proceeds, for the duration of that engagement plus a limited period afterward for legitimate business and record-keeping purposes. Information not converted into an active engagement is deleted or de-identified after a reasonable period.

Access and correction

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us via the Contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe in line with our Privacy Act obligations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the business grows. The version on this page is always the current one.
